Documentation and Statistics Department:

 

 

 

Organizational Connection

Connected to the General Department of Session’s Affairs .

 

 

Main Objective

Documenting of the Council’s transactions, and following up their movement, and preparing a periodic statistics regarding them.

 

 

Duties

 

        1- Receiving transactions referred to it, and preserving the original transaction until the completion of the study in the Council.

        2- Documenting all income and outcome transactions, and linking all what is related to       them.

       3- Preserving the Council sessions, meetings of the committees and the General Assembly and their decisions, according to the approved preservation plan in the            Council.

       4- Transferring all documents that are related to the subjects which the Council made   decisions regarding them to the library and Information Department at the end of each year of the Council’s working years, to be preserved permanently according to the   adopted plan in the Council.

        5- Participating in the preparation of the Council's annual report.

       6-Preparing statistical data about works of the Council and the General Assembly periodically and submitting them.

        7- Operating the transactions system and feed-backing it with information, and following     it up.

        8- Preparing an annual plan for the activities of the department.

       9- Coordinating through the Assistant-Secretary General with the concerned                  departments in the field of their work.

       10-  Preparing an annual report about the work of the department, and suggesting plans for developing the department.

       11-  Any other tasks to be assigned to the department within its field of specialization.
