Main Objective
Performs the administrative and the financial
tasks in accord with regulation, resolutions,
bylaws, and instructions related to it, and provides
the Shura Council with all the services and
requirements it needs.
Duties
1. Supervises
the performance of the departments within its
authority, follows-up and coordinates between them.
2. Performs
tasks respecting financial and accounting affairs
pursuant to regulations, bylaws, and instructions of
the Shura Council .
3. Prepares
a draft of the budget (the official budget for how
the Shura Council money will be spent), and
follows-up the procedures of its approval and
implementation, and makes certain that the
expenditure corresponds to the budget, and that it
is done pursuant to authorized items in the actual
budget. Prepares a final statement of account and
submits a periodical report on the budget situation .
4. Purchases
all the necessary goods and exigencies for various
departments of the Shura Council pursuant to the
existing regulations and bylaws.
5. Supervises
the warehouse and the procedure of storage
respecting receiving and preserving the work records.
6. Organizes
communication channel and archives.
7. Performs
all the tasks respecting employees according to
rules and regulation .
8. aintains
the Shura Council's building regularly and improves
quality in public services that the Shura Council
needs .
9. Submits
a periodical report on financial and administrative
affairs regularly, in addition to any other tasks
within the department's authority.
