General Department of Sessions' Affairs

 

 

 

Organizational Connection

Connected to the Assistant Secretary General.

 

 

Main Objective

Prepares sessions with its attachment, organizes them, and authenticates them.

 

 

Duties

1. Supervises the performance of the departments related to it and coordinates between them.

 

2. Prepares the Shura Council and the General Panel's draft resolutions and writes its minutes, any decisions, or memorandums respecting them.

 

3. Prepares sessions, arranges, regulates them, and provides its requirements.

 

4. Provides audiovisuals materials bare essentials to the Council and its apparatus.

 

5. Attests technical transactions for the Council and organizes them.

 

6. Takes part in the special study affecting the Working Rules of the Shura Council and its committees, in collaboration with the departments of Consultants and Committees.

 

7. Presents periodical reports on the performance and the activities of the departments attached to it and helps to develop them.

 

8. Co-ordinates with the concerned departments in the field of its specialized work

 

9. Any other additional work might be assigned to it.
