Main Objective
Providing office and coordination services and works
for the Assistant Speaker.
Duties
1- Editing
letters, memorandums and reports related to the
Assistant Speaker, and copy
and follow-up their implementation.
2- Receiving
letters and transactions forwarded to the Assistant
Speaker, presenting
them to him and implementing his directions
regarding them.
3- Receiving
incoming telephone calls to the office of the
Assistant Speaker, and take
the necessary procedures regarding them as
directed by the Assistant Speaker.
4- Arranging appointments and meetings of the
Assistant Speaker.
5- Arranging
correspondences of the office, and preserving copies
of what should be
preserved so that they can be retrieved
easily at any time, according to the
implemented plans in the Majlis.
6- Preparing
an annual report regarding works and activities of
the office and the
suggestions to develop it.
7- Any other tasks to be assigned to the office in
its field of specialization.
