Main Objective
Provides general services for the Council.
Duties
1. Maintains
and cleans the premises. Responsible for garden,
park, landscape, and provides the Council with all
the necessary goods in cooperation with the
concerned departments.
2. Supervises
the level of performance of maintenance and
cleanness of the building and contacts contractors
when necessary.
3. Supplies
and furnishes offices with equipments and materials
needed in coordination with Planning and Development
Department and concerned departments.
4. Provides
transportations, and chauffeur for guests, event, or
special occasion, and for the Council to perform,
and realize its official duties.
5. Observes
the chauffeur's use of cars and performs
maintenances and repairs pursuant to the adopted
comprehensive maintenances program.
6.
Supervise chauffeur and
security gourds in the Council .
7. Performs
fall services for members and high ranked officials
in the Council regarding other governmental and
private sectors matters.
8. Issues
legal paper for guests and visitors of the Shura
Council .
9. Itemizes
newspapers and magazines, then distributes them
among employees and departments officials
.
10. Taking
into consideration the instructions issued, the
department shall keep records and cards to verify
the following information:
a. Cars
owned by the council in terms of cars type, model,
and specifications
b. Chauffeurs
in charge of a specific car and the date of
receiving it
c. Specifies
the internal mission of a car and the date of the
assignment
d. Fuel
and oil orders
e.
Responsible for maintenance
of all cars
11. Responsible
for telephone services .
12. Prepares
and organizes celebration, ceremony, and social
event for guests and visitors in cooperation with
related departments.
13. Provides
the weekly buffet lunch service, coffee and tea for
the Shura Council's members, committees, guests, and
visitors.
14. Submits
a periodical report on the department achievement,
in addition to any other tasks.
