The Department of Planning and Developing

 

 

 

Organizational Connection

Connected to the Chairman of the Council.

 

 

General Objective

Plans and organizes the activities of the Council, and develop and promotion human resources.

 

 

Duties

 

1. Cooperate and coordinate with the other departments of the Council to make the annual goals and plans.

 

2. Prepares the general planning draft for the Council in cooperation with the departments of the Council and submits it to the concerned official for approval.

 

3. Prepares the regulatory studies for the departments of the Council, and assesses departmental problems submits proposals.

 

4. Makes the necessary studies for implementing new apparatus, new tech.

 

5. Proposes new regulations for the Councils and develops it according to its need and submits it to the concerned authorities then follows up its implementation.

 

6. Facilitates the procedure for the work of the Council and renew it.

 

7. Design and develops forms that has been used in cooperation with the concerned departments.

 

8. Assesses the Council's need of the manpower, participates in forming   departments for the Council in cooperation with the concerned officials.

 

9. Establishes basic information program including all management's information and regulation that are needed by the departments to perform its tasks.

 

10. Suggests the necessary plans and program to develop manpower. Recommends training opportunities and scholarship for the employees of the Council in cooperation with the concerned authorities and follows up its implementations.

 

11. Studies and determines the basic training needs for the staff of the Council in cooperation with the concerned departments of the Council.

 

12. Completes the procedures of the trainees of the Council in cooperation with the concerned authorities and follows up their performance inside and outside the Council.

 

13. Contacts the authorities, inside and outside the Kingdom, to obtain in-depth knowledge of the activities, conferences, symposium and so on that the have been offering in order to submits and recommend the eligible staff according to the Council's needs.

 

14.  Organizes, conferences, symposium and the workshops that would enhance and regulates the work of the Council in cooperation with the concerned departments.

 

15. Prepares a periodical reports on the achievements and the activities of departments and suggests improvement.

 

16. Any other activates that might be added to these department.
