General
Objective
Following up the performance of the Council's
departments.
Dutie
1. Following
up the performance of the Council's departments to
confirm the level of perfection and coordinates with
the concerned departments to avoid facing of
inadequacy, if indeed found based on a plan put for
this purpose. Follow-up its implementation after
approval.
2. Assess
the conception of self-observation on the Council'
employee, then suggests the appropriate methods that
are simple and convenient to use, in coordination
with the concerned departments.
3. Reviewing
of the periodical reports about the performance of
the departments that departments produced about the
work after referring it and takes whatever action it
deems necessary.
4. Follows-up
the implementation of departmental resolution and
instructions issued by the Chairman, Vice Chairman
or Secretary General with the concerned departments.
5. Follows-up
the execution of the administrative committee
recommendation with the concerned departments, when
requested.
6. Measures
the investigations with employees of the council,
its laborers and the contractors, with respect to
violation of the rules and regulation of the Council
financially or administratively, when requested.
7. Participates
in the investigating committee in violation of the
rules and regulation of the Shura Council, when
requested
8. Prepares
periodical reports about the work of this department
and submits it to its reference authority.
9. Any
tasks or activates that might be added to these
administration in the domain of its specialty.
