Organizational Connection
Directly connected to the
Chairman of the Council.
Main Objective
The office's goal is to encourage and strengthen
the relationships between the employees of the
Council and other councils. Improve communication
and bring out the role and activities of the Shura
Council through local and international media.
Duties
1. Supervises
the performance of the departments within its
jurisdiction.
2.
Produces
an austerity social interaction program to
strengthen brotherly relation
between the employees of the Council and its members
.
3. Produces
information programs on the activities of the Shura
Council.
4. Makes the
essential arrangement and coordination of internal
and external visitation, in coordination with the
concerned departments .
5. Produces
reports on the reciprocal visit to other councils
.
6. Supervises
the performance of the departments within its
authority and coordinates between them.
7. In charge
of the reception office.
8.
Presents a periodical report on the work and the
level of activity of the departments connected to
the Chairman's office and proposes a possible
development. In addition to any other task that
