Majlis Ash-Shura, 1378 A.H.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful,

Your Highness,

Other than the works and transactions that are being discussed in the Council and its committees, what is being referred from your Highness is sent consecutively on a daily basis. We received telegram No. 2/794 on 13/01/1378 A.H. from the Ministry of Education with a request to determine a date to discuss primary, intermediate, and secondary schools as well as teachers’ institutes. Further, memo No. 86/1/214 on 12/1/1378 A.H. was received from the Ministry of Finance with a request to determine a date to discuss the Companies Law.

Given that the final report of the term concluded in 1377 A.H. has been referred to Your Highness with the number 1051 on 30/12/1377 A.H., sessions of the Majlis and meetings of its committees seize according to its system until the formation of the following term in 1378 A.H. upon the issuance of a royal decree on that.

I hope that Your Highness would issue an order of what to do.

Directions of the King were issued via telegram No. 915 on 17/01/1378 A.H., which reads:

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful,

Continue with your sessions to make good use of time until you receive further orders so that work would not be delayed.
