Main ObjectiveOrganizes the administrative communications services, and archives.
Duties
- Organizes the administrative communications services, and preserves centralized archives.
- Sends and receives letters, mail packages, and distributes them to the departments.
- Receives all transaction and its attachment, completes its registration, and sends them to the concerned institutions.
- Organizes the centralized archives of the Shura Council adopting the latest technology so that such information can be easily retrieved and utilized pursuant to instructions on this matter.
- Saves copies of statements, resolutions, and given orders on file and classifies them according to the nature of the document.
- Prepares a periodical file on all issues tackled by the Shura Council for further analysis and reading.
- Participates in working out a plan for circulating and preserving papers within the Shura Council.
- Organizes the portfolio and act as intermediaries between lenders and borrowers, and manages their own asset of closed files and keep track of them.
- Follows-up the performances of administrative communication system using computer network and looks for the latest technology to enhance the levels of service.
