General ObjectiveEnsuring the suitable atmosphere for the members in order for them to perform their duties in the desirable way, in addition, provides the services, and coordination and the technician supports that they need.
Duties
- Receives the member's requests and coordinates with the with the concerned departments obtain them.
- They supervise the member's secretaries to confirm their performance, and their uniformity in the official work and development for their works through nomination them for instructional programs in coordination with administration of plan and development.
- Study any noticed about secretaries of the members, and undertake the measures needed in the matter and the meant for it in coordination with the concerned departments when need.
- Provide each member with his own secretary in coordination with the concerned departments when need.
- The cooperation and coordination with the Communications Department in respect to the reception of mails and pages pertaining to the members.
- The coordination with other departments to facilitation the process of invitations for the members, attendance of meetings and conferences in the most convenient method and promptly.
- Coordinates with the Financial, Service, and Employees Department to provide all the exigency and requirement needed.
- Participate in meeting concerning the members of the Council.
- Summits annual reports on the work of the Department and make recommendations.
- Any tasks or activates that might be added to these administration in the domain of its specialty.
