Organizational Connection
Connected to the General Department of Sessions Affairs.

Main Objective
The purpose of this unit is to observe and authenticate the Council's sessions and the General Panel's as well, and prepares drafts resolution related to it.

Duties

1. Keeps records of the Council and General Panels' debated sessions and prepares its proceedings.
2. Prepares the Councils' and the General Panels' drafts resolution along with letters related to it.
3. Endeavors to make the essential comparison of the Shura Council's resolution and the Council of Ministers'.
4. Prepares memorandums of any issues put forth for the Council or General Panel to consider, when needed.
5. Presents periodical reports on the performance and the activities of the departments attached to it and helps to develop them.
6. Any other additional work might be assigned to it.
