Your Highness

Your Highness

The government is but a big machine formed of many parts, big and small. That is why the Council wishes of all the central and branch bodies and of every employee to carry their duties with outmost integrity.

Finally, we thank your highness for granting us this honuor and pray to God to save the King and his loyal Crown Prince and your royal highness.

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdelaziz then gave the the following speech:

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

In the word of the Council, the mission it is entrusted with us and it is not a simple one. Yet, Thanks be to Allah, we look forward the smooth course of the Council and its affairs so actively and sincerely.

The reference to the government bodies as being a big machine is a true one. For we all must work together towards the greater good. This a sacred duty, for without unison and cooperation one can not succeed or achieve a goal. It was in God's Holy Book that we were urged to work together and act as one. It is a universal fact and one that can be seen all over the world;

Yes, the country and the nation require more work, that can not be denied. Greater things were never achieved hastily.

All of us share responsibility. The Council is responsible, just as the government and the nation. None is excluded from responsibility. If efforts are united, and the nation, Council and government were joined, our aimed target would be reached, by Allah’s will.

There is no human being that is capable of doing anything without the will of Allah, glorified and exalted be He. Thus every grace, prosperity and reassuring should be returned to their donator by thanks. Everybody in this country does admit the favors and graces of Allah, glorified and exalted be He. Every man would be judged by his conscience. There is a nation that judges too. Then there is the judgment of Allah, which is more precise and strict.

We ask Allah that he leads us to success to do all that satisfies Him, to guide us towards the right action, and bless us in our lives.

And now, in the name of Allah and on behalf of his Majesty the glorified King, I inaugurate the first session of your respected Council in its new session.
