Speaker of the Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh participated today in the works of the 16th meeting of the Heads of Shura, Representatives, National Assembly, and Parliament Councils in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states which is hosted by Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman, and headed by the Chairman of the Shura Council of the Sultanate of Oman, Sheikh Khalid bin Hilal Al-Mawali.

Secretary-General of Shura Council Receives Delegation from Shura Council of Bahrain
The Secretary-General of the Shura Council, Mohammad bin Dakhil Al-Mutairi, received here today, a number of officials of the Shura Council in Bahrain, headed by Yasser Ramadan Al-Asam. Dr. Al-Mutairi briefed the Bahraini delegation on the work mechanism of the Shura Council and its legislative and supervisory role over the performance of government agencies.
