The Speaker of the Shura Council, Sheikh Dr Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, heads the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in the meetings of the 34th conference of the Union of the Arab Parliament, which will be held in Baghdad, Iraq, under the slogan "Arab support for strengthening Iraq's stability and sovereignty", with the participation of the heads of the councils and parliaments of the Arab member states of the Union, and a number of regional and international organizations and institutions.*The Speaker of the Shura Council affirmed the Kingdom's keenness under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to promote joint Arab action in a way that serves the interests of the Arab nation and meets the aspirations its peoples for further development and stability, and to support everything related to parliamentary works.*Dr Al-Sheikh praised the distinguished relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq, pointing to the Kingdom's support for Iraq to maintain its security, stability and the prosperity of its brotherly people and support all efforts that contribute to achieving security, stability and prosperity of Iraq and the entire region.
