Speaker of the Shura Council to Start Official Visit to Hungary

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, Speaker of the Shura Council, will start today an official visit at invitation of Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly (Parliament) Dr. Laszlo Kover.

During the visit, the Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura will meet with a number of members and officials of the Hungarian parliament in addition to Hungarian Prime Minister Dr. Viktor Orban and a number of senior officials. The talks will focus on the relations between Saudi Arabia and Hungary in all fields and ways of enhancing them in the interest of the two peoples and countries.

Dr. Al Al-Sheikh will hold a session of talks with Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly (Parliament) Dr. Laszlo Kover where they will discuss ways of developing fields of parliamentary joint cooperation between the Shura Council and Hungarian Parliament.

In a press statement, Dr. Abdullah pointed out the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's keenness, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to develop fields of bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and other countries in order to enhancing a sustainable development, economic growth and knowledge and cultural exchange, as well as unifying international counter-terrorism efforts and curbing its financiers and supporters.
