The Shura Council Holds its 63rd Ordinary Session

The Shura Council discussed during the session of the 63rd Ordinary Council the work of the first year of the seventh term held today under the chairmanship of the Assistant Speaker of the Board, Dr. Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Sama'an, the report of the Islamic and Judicial Affairs Committee on the annual report of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance.

The Council then proceeded to discuss the report of the Committee on Water, Agriculture and Environment on the annual report of the Saudi Geological Survey.

On the other hand, the Shura Council approved the formation of an Ad hoc committee to re-examine the subject of criminal offenses related to listed companies in the Saudi stock market supervised by the Capital Market Authority for the falsification of documents, falsifying or providing false or misleading financial statements, and to determine the role of each party in this regard.

The Shura Council also approved the formation of an Ad hoc committee to re-examine the proposal to amend the articles (Ten, Seventeenth and Eighteenth) of the law of Expropriation of Real Estate for the Public Benefit and the provisional acquisition on property issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 15) dated 11/3/1424 H.
