The Secretary-General of the Shura Council, Mohammad bin Dakhil Al-Mutairi, received here today, a number of officials of the Shura Council in Bahrain, headed by Yasser Ramadan Al-Asam. Dr. Al-Mutairi briefed the Bahraini delegation on the work mechanism of the Shura Council and its legislative and supervisory role over the performance of government agencies*.During the meeting, they discussed the importance of enhancing bilateral work and cooperation between the two bodies and the need for cooperation and exchange of experiences between them. After the meeting, the Bahraini delegation toured the corridors of the Shura Council, which included the library and historical museum of the Council.
