Shura Council Speaker Participates in Parliamentary Conference on Interfaith Dialogue

Today, the work of the international parliamentary conference on interfaith dialogue started in the Kingdom of Morocco under the title "Working Together for Our Common Future", with the participation of the Saudi delegation headed by His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Sheikh.*During the opening session of the conference, King Mohammad VI of Morocco sent a message to the participants, read by the Speaker of the Moroccan Parliament Rachid Talbi Alami, where he emphasized the importance of interfaith dialogue, the establishment of positive coexistence, and understanding and cooperation on human goals will be the critical lever to spare humanity pain and suffering.*The participant in this conference discussed areas of cooperation in promoting peace, the rule of law and justice, building common future, gender equality, and youth participation.*The conference aims to engage in constructive dialogue and exchange best practices to address the main issues that impede sustainable coexistence and explore opportunities for joint action in order to build more peaceful and inclusive societies in the future.*The Shura Council delegation consists of His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Abdullah Al Sheikh, and members of the Shura Council; Naser Addugaither, Her Highnss Princess Dr. Aljowharah bint Fahad, Mubarak Addosari, and Dr. Zainab Abu Taleb.
